Exhibition visual identity
The exhibition project of the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague presented the key works of Italian glassmaker Paolo Venini and his collaborators, created between 1934 and 1959. The Prague exhibition follows its original showing on the island of San Giorgio Maggiore in Venice and is enriched by a curatorial concept by Sylva Petrová. It features one hundred objects on loan from private collections. Paolo Venini collaborated with many leading architects, designers, and artists. His workshop’s production focused on both functional and artistic glassworks. The uniqueness of the Venini brand lies in its combination of traditional glassmaking techniques and modern, original decorative styles — a fusion that inspired our design for the exhibition’s visual identity and accompanying materials. We also had the opportunity to create original merchandise, including custom-designed postcards, pencils, and posters.
